El proyecto tiene como objetivo <strong>dise\u00f1ar y fabricar un eje de transmisi\u00f3n trasero<\/strong>, situado en la viga de cola del helic\u00f3ptero, en fibra de carbono, mejorando as\u00ed la eficiencia, la fiabilidad y, por tanto, la durabilidad de los helic\u00f3pteros, al tiempo que se reduce su peso y tambi\u00e9n su huella ambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CT ha trabajado en todas las fases del proyecto, desde el dise\u00f1o de los elementos de soporte hasta la preparaci\u00f3n de los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n, cumpliendo las normas necesarias para su futura certificaci\u00f3n aeron\u00e1utica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El equipo de CT en Marsella ha liderado el dise\u00f1o de los elementos de soporte del eje y ha superado con \u00e9xito la Critical Design Review (CDR) con Airbus Helicopters. Paralelamente, se han llevado a cabo an\u00e1lisis de riesgos y estudios de arquitectura de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n y de utillajes para todas las herramientas necesarias para la industrializaci\u00f3n del eje, garantizando un proceso fiable, reproducible y listo para la producci\u00f3n en serie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde Toulouse, CT ha participado en el desarrollo de un sistema de Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) capaz de detectar y localizar posibles da\u00f1os en los ejes de composite antes de que afecten al funcionamiento del helic\u00f3ptero. El sistema combina sensores espec\u00edficos y algoritmos avanzados, incluyendo una red neuronal que busca identificar defectos incluso cuando las vibraciones del helic\u00f3ptero generan se\u00f1ales dif\u00edciles de interpretar, abriendo el camino a la detecci\u00f3n de fallos en condiciones operativas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n se han realizado ensayos num\u00e9ricos y experimentales para verificar su funcionamiento y, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Laboratorio de Vibraciones Ac\u00fasticas (LVA), se ha desarrollado la monitorizaci\u00f3n de los rodamientos, otro componente clave del eje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un proyecto que impulsa la eficiencia y la sostenibilidad.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto RECOMPOSE representa un avance concreto en el desarrollo de helic\u00f3pteros m\u00e1s ligeros y fiables, contribuyendo a reducir su impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLo m\u00e1s emocionante de RECOMPOSE es que por fin contamos con un eje de transmisi\u00f3n listo para la producci\u00f3n y la certificaci\u00f3n.
