Consciente de ce d\u00e9fi, CT continue de promouvoir des solutions pionni\u00e8res d\u00e9montrant que la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du secteur naval est possible.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"385\" data-end=\"760\">Dans le cadre du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ctengineeringgroup.com\/project\/ct-is-participating-in-the-development-of-a-zero-emissions-tugboat-powered-by-green-hydrogen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">projet H2TECH4SHIP<\/a>, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec Astilleros de Nodosa et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Vigo, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la conception conceptuelle du premier remorqueur propuls\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne comprim\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une initiative financ\u00e9e dans le cadre du PERTE Naval et du projet phare INNCODIS, dirig\u00e9 par Navantia, avec un budget sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1,3 million d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"1174\">Contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres solutions hybrides, H2TECH4SHIP se distingue par un syst\u00e8me \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique fonctionnant exclusivement \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, sans recours aux carburants fossiles. Son architecture repose sur des groupes moteurs et des batteries haute performance capables d\u2019offrir la puissance et l\u2019op\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un remorqueur conventionnel, avec une diff\u00e9rence cl\u00e9 : ses seules \u00e9missions sont de la vapeur d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1582\">L\u2019un des principaux jalons atteints a \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un syst\u00e8me innovant de stockage modulaire d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sur le pont, s\u00fbr, ventil\u00e9 et facilement rempla\u00e7able, qui facilite les op\u00e9rations de maintenance et de ravitaillement. Con este desaf\u00edo en mente, CT contin\u00faa impulsando soluciones pioneras que demuestran que la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica del sector naval es posible.<\/p><p>En el marco del proyecto H2TECH4SHIP, desarrollado junto con Astilleros de Nodosa y la Universidad de Vigo, hemos llevado a cabo el dise\u00f1o conceptual del primer remolcador propulsado \u00edntegramente por hidr\u00f3geno comprimido. Se trata de una iniciativa financiada a trav\u00e9s del PERTE Naval y del proyecto tractor INNCODIS, liderado por Navantia, con un presupuesto superior a 1,3 millones de euros.<\/p><p>A diferencia de otras soluciones h\u00edbridas, H2TECH4SHIP destaca por contar con un sistema energ\u00e9tico alimentado exclusivamente por hidr\u00f3geno, sin necesidad de combustibles f\u00f3siles. Su arquitectura se basa en motogeneradores y bater\u00edas de altas prestaciones capaces de ofrecer la potencia y operatividad de un remolcador convencional, con una diferencia clave: sus \u00fanicas emisiones son vapor de agua.<\/p><p>Uno de los principales hitos alcanzados ha sido el desarrollo de un sistema innovador de almacenamiento modular de hidr\u00f3geno en cubierta, seguro, ventilado y f\u00e1cilmente intercambiable, que facilita las operaciones de mantenimiento y repostaje. Este avance responde a uno de los mayores retos tecnol\u00f3gicos del uso del hidr\u00f3geno en el \u00e1mbito naval: su almacenamiento a bordo bajo condiciones seguras.<\/p><p>CT ha tenido un rol esencial en el proyecto, asumiendo la ingenier\u00eda de dise\u00f1o y detalle, la integraci\u00f3n del sistema de combustible y propulsi\u00f3n, los c\u00e1lculos para el gemelo digital del buque, as\u00ed como los estudios de riesgos asociados al uso de hidr\u00f3geno.<\/p><p>Actualmente, el proyecto avanza hacia la construcci\u00f3n de un prototipo a escala (TRL 5-6), con el objetivo de validar el sistema en condiciones reales de operaci\u00f3n y demostrar que el hidr\u00f3geno renovable puede convertirse en una alternativa viable para la propulsi\u00f3n de buques de trabajo.<\/p><p>Con H2TECH4SHIP, CT reafirma su compromiso de situar a Espa\u00f1a en la vanguardia de las tecnolog\u00edas marinas limpias y de liderar la transformaci\u00f3n de la propulsi\u00f3n mar\u00edtima hacia un futuro m\u00e1s
