Cette initiative est n\u00e9e avec l\u2019objectif de transformer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 du secteur a\u00e9ronautique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle du soudage par ultrasons des thermoplastiques, une technologie cl\u00e9 pour faire progresser le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019a\u00e9ronefs \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2928\" data-end=\"3321\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le projet a permis de valider un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 avanc\u00e9 de soudage par ultrasons (UT) pour des structures composites thermoplastiques (TPC). Parmi les r\u00e9alisations les plus marquantes figure la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des assemblages fiables pour des \u00e9paisseurs allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 8 mm, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e significative par rapport aux limitations techniques jusqu\u2019alors existantes dans le secteur.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3323\" data-end=\"3446\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette avanc\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration du consortium, compos\u00e9 de SOFITEC, AIMEN, MECASONIC et SYSPRO.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3448\" data-end=\"3537\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">CT am\u00e9liore la pr\u00e9cision des assemblages gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les m\u00e9caniques et thermiques<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3539\" data-end=\"3653\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">CT a concentr\u00e9 ses travaux sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la pr\u00e9cision et de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la conception des assemblages.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3655\" data-end=\"3952\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe de CT a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 deux mod\u00e8les de simulation bas\u00e9s sur la physique \u2014 l\u2019un m\u00e9cano-\u00e9lastique et l\u2019autre thermique \u2014 destin\u00e9s \u00e0 optimiser le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage. Ces mod\u00e8les ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aliment\u00e9s par les donn\u00e9es exp\u00e9rimentales d\u2019AIMEN, permettant d\u2019atteindre une pr\u00e9cision pr\u00e9dictive remarquable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3954\" data-end=\"4330\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par ailleurs, un outil de conception fond\u00e9 sur l\u2019Ing\u00e9nierie des Syst\u00e8mes Bas\u00e9e sur les Mod\u00e8les (MBSE) a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Cet environnement permet de centraliser l\u2019ensemble des informations li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019analyse et \u00e0 la fabrication des assemblages de TPC dans un cadre unique, facilitant le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019assemblages plus efficaces et adapt\u00e9s aux exigences op\u00e9rationnelles r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4332\" data-end=\"4391\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un d\u00e9monstrateur garantissant la viabilit\u00e9 industrielle<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4393\" data-end=\"4809\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afin de certifier le succ\u00e8s de la recherche, le consortium a fabriqu\u00e9 un d\u00e9monstrateur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle r\u00e9elle d\u2019un m\u00e8tre de long.
