Jusqu\u2019en 2026, SpaceX proposait des services de lancement partag\u00e9 (<\/span><em><span>rideshare<\/span><\/em><span>) \u00e0 partir de 7 000 dollars\/kg pour des charges utiles de plus de 50 kg. L\u2019arr\u00eat de ce service ouvre d\u00e9sormais une opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 de nouveaux acteurs souhaitant entrer sur le march\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>D\u00e8s sa conception, Garnet a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 comme un programme europ\u00e9en r\u00e9unissant des capacit\u00e9s industrielles et technologiques de <\/span><strong><span>France, d\u2019Italie et d\u2019Espagne<\/span><\/strong><span>. L\u2019alliance permettra d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un vivier plus large de talents, de comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, de moyens industriels et de financements, tout en facilitant le d\u00e9veloppement international du projet.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>CT Engineering Group, un acteur cl\u00e9 de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie syst\u00e8me et de la simulation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Dans le cadre de cette alliance, <\/span><strong><span>CT Engineering Group jouera un r\u00f4le majeur dans la d\u00e9finition et le d\u00e9veloppement du lanceur et de son syst\u00e8me de propulsion<\/span><\/strong><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>L\u2019entreprise participera \u00e0 la <\/span><strong><span>conception pr\u00e9liminaire de l\u2019architecture du lanceur et du moteur Garnet, pilotera les activit\u00e9s d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie syst\u00e8me et apportera ses capacit\u00e9s avanc\u00e9es de simulation<\/span><\/strong><span> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <\/span><strong><span>CPS_C<\/span><\/strong><span>, un outil d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en interne qui permettra de mod\u00e9liser les flux cryog\u00e9niques et thermiques \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du moteur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Cette contribution permettra de prendre en compte, d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res phases du programme, la complexit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des diff\u00e9rents sous-syst\u00e8mes du lanceur, en associant l\u2019expertise de CT Engineering Group en ing\u00e9nierie avanc\u00e9e aux comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es des autres partenaires europ\u00e9ens.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>La technologie europ\u00e9enne de propulsion du futur<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><em><span>\u00ab Pour pouvoir viser l\u2019exportation, les nouveaux programmes spatiaux europ\u00e9ens devront r\u00e9unir, d\u00e8s leur conception, les meilleures capacit\u00e9s de chaque pays.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><em><span>Pour \u00eatre comp\u00e9titive sur le march\u00e9 international, la souverainet\u00e9 doit se construire sur la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et avec des partenaires europ\u00e9ens de confiance. Nous devons nous d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du continent, attirer les meilleurs talents europ\u00e9ens et r\u00e9partir les activit\u00e9s selon des crit\u00e8res industriels \u00bb,<\/span><\/em><span> d\u00e9clare Marius Celette, CEO d\u2019Alpha Impulsion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><em><span>\u00ab Indra reste pleinement engag\u00e9e en faveur de l\u2019innovation spatiale europ\u00e9enne. Le moteur autophage pourrait constituer une avanc\u00e9e majeure pour l\u2019industrie des lanceurs. Il sera donc essentiel de r\u00e9unir les meilleures organisations dans leurs domaines respectifs. Indra est fi\u00e8re d\u2019apporter plusieurs d\u00e9cennies d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de Guidage, Navigation et Contr\u00f4le (GNC), l\u2019un des syst\u00e8mes les plus importants d\u2019un lanceur, au m\u00eame titre que la propulsion et, sans aucun doute, celui qui concentre le plus d\u2019intelligence \u00bb,<\/span><\/em><span> affirme Simone Centuori, directeur des Missions spatiales chez Indra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>La coop\u00e9ration europ\u00e9enne permettra de combiner les capacit\u00e9s industrielles et technologiques tout en \u00e9vitant les duplications d\u2019investissements. L\u2019objectif est de construire un <\/span><strong><span>syst\u00e8me industriel int\u00e9gr\u00e9 entre plusieurs pays<\/span><\/strong><span>, capable de fabriquer, d\u2019int\u00e9grer et de lancer rapidement, avec le co\u00fbt marginal le plus faible possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Alpha Impulsion pr\u00e9voit de r\u00e9aliser des investissements importants en France et en Italie, notamment \u00e0 travers sa filiale italienne Alpha Impulsion Italia, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de ses partenaires Indra (Espagne\/Italie), Mecano ID (France) et CT Engineering Group. L\u2019entreprise poursuit \u00e9galement des discussions avec d\u2019autres partenaires afin d\u2019\u00e9tendre l\u2019alliance \u00e0 l\u2019Europe du Nord, notamment dans les domaines li\u00e9s aux \u00e9quipements et aux sites de lancement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Une propulsion \u00ab autophage \u00bb pour les microlanceurs<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>La technologie de Garnet repose sur le principe de la <\/span><strong><span>propulsion autophage<\/span><\/strong><span>, un syst\u00e8me dans lequel une partie de la structure du syst\u00e8me de propulsion est progressivement consomm\u00e9e comme carburant pendant le vol afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la pouss\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Ce concept permet de r\u00e9duire la masse transport\u00e9e par le v\u00e9hicule au fur et \u00e0 mesure du vol et ainsi d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 globale du lanceur. Alpha Impulsion estime que cette technologie pourrait permettre de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de lancement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <\/span><strong><span>80 % par rapport aux solutions conventionnelles<\/span><\/strong><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Au c\u0153ur du programme se trouve Garnet, un <\/span><strong><span>moteur-fus\u00e9e d\u00e9veloppant 15 tonnes de pouss\u00e9e<\/span><\/strong><span>. Alpha Impulsion pilote un programme de R&amp;D consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la combustion autophage au moyen d\u2019un banc d\u2019essai con\u00e7u, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et exploit\u00e9 par sa filiale italienne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Outre la contribution de CT Engineering Group dans les domaines de l\u2019architecture, de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie syst\u00e8me et de la simulation, chaque partenaire apportera des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques au d\u00e9veloppement du syst\u00e8me. <\/span><strong><span>Indra<\/span><\/strong><span> contribuera avec son expertise en analyse de mission et en Guidage, Navigation et Contr\u00f4le (GNC) afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer les performances du v\u00e9hicule. <\/span><strong><span>Mecano ID<\/span><\/strong><span>, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la conception thermom\u00e9canique, pilotera quant \u00e0 elle le d\u00e9veloppement des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019insertion autophage permettant de r\u00e9duire la taille du lanceur pendant le vol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>L\u2019alliance vise \u00e0 atteindre un <\/span><strong><span>niveau de maturit\u00e9 technologique TRL 6<\/span><\/strong><span> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un essai du moteur pr\u00e9vu en 2029. Cet essai permettra de d\u00e9montrer la stabilit\u00e9 de la combustion, l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du fuselage ainsi que des param\u00e8tres cl\u00e9s de la propulsion tels que l\u2019impulsion sp\u00e9cifique et le rapport pouss\u00e9e\/poids.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Une ambition mondiale pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s europ\u00e9en \u00e0 l\u2019espace<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>L\u2019objectif est de rendre le service de lancement op\u00e9rationnel au cours des ann\u00e9es 2030.
