Cette d\u00e9cision a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 le changement dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019industrie, obligeant \u00e0 repenser \u00e0 quoi devraient ressembler les v\u00e9hicules du futur. Et cela va bien au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e9lectrification des moteurs : il s\u2019agit de cr\u00e9er des solutions durables, mais aussi s\u00fbres, efficaces et adapt\u00e9es aux besoins r\u00e9els de la vie quotidienne.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cet objectif, <strong>Ecomovil&rsquo;23 <\/strong>est n\u00e9, un projet de R&amp;D dans lequel collaborent <strong>CT Ingenieros, UNVI Carroceros, Endurance et ADN<\/strong>. Il fait partie du <strong>programme PERTE-VEC<\/strong>, promu par le gouvernement espagnol pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transformation num\u00e9rique et \u00e9cologique du secteur automobile et l&rsquo;adapter au nouvel \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de la mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet se concentre sur un type de v\u00e9hicule qui prend de plus en plus d\u2019importance dans les villes : <strong>des v\u00e9hicules 100 % \u00e9lectriques, l\u00e9gers et connect\u00e9s<\/strong> pour le transport urbain de passagers. Ecomovil&rsquo;23 cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des technologies qui am\u00e9liorent l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, augmentent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et facilitent une maintenance plus intelligente, le tout bas\u00e9 sur une analyse de donn\u00e9es avanc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>CT Ingenieros, responsable du d\u00e9veloppement technologique, a dirig\u00e9 la conception d&rsquo;une architecture capable de collecter et de traiter de grands volumes de donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par des capteurs install\u00e9s dans le v\u00e9hicule lui-m\u00eame. Ces donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles, compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par des donn\u00e9es synth\u00e9tiques g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es avec des moteurs graphiques, sont utilis\u00e9es pour construire des <strong>jumeaux num\u00e9riques<\/strong> de composants m\u00e9caniques majeurs : batteries, moteurs \u00e9lectriques, pneus, syst\u00e8mes de freinage et syst\u00e8mes de climatisation, entre autres. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces mod\u00e8les virtuels, il est possible de <strong>surveiller l\u2019\u00e9tat du v\u00e9hicule en temps r\u00e9el et d\u2019anticiper d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles pannes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des techniques de maintenance pr\u00e9dictive<\/strong>. Cela repr\u00e9sente une am\u00e9lioration significative de la fiabilit\u00e9, r\u00e9duit les temps d\u2019arr\u00eat dus aux pannes et optimise l\u2019utilisation des ressources et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019un des aspects les plus innovants du projet est l\u2019accent mis sur le conducteur. \u00c0 l\u2019aide de capteurs et d\u2019algorithmes sp\u00e9cifiques, une technologie est en cours de d\u00e9veloppement qui permet d\u2019analyser en temps r\u00e9el l\u2019\u00e9tat physique et cognitif du conducteur, d\u00e9tectant les signes de fatigue, de stress ou de distraction.<\/p>\n<p>Ce type d\u2019information est essentiel pour augmenter la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et adapter le v\u00e9hicule au comportement de l\u2019utilisateur. De plus, le projet comprend la cr\u00e9ation de programmes d\u2019entra\u00eenement cognitif pour aider les conducteurs \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer les situations stressantes ou exigeantes mentalement, courantes dans les environnements urbains \u00e0 trafic dense.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet est un exemple de la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019innovation num\u00e9rique peut r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis actuels de la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique.
