Il permettra de simuler diff\u00e9rentes situations de travail, d\u2019analyser comment les niveaux de radiation affectent les syst\u00e8mes et d\u2019\u00e9valuer les sc\u00e9narios de panne possibles avant qu\u2019ils ne se produisent dans l\u2019installation r\u00e9elle. Ainsi, il sera possible de planifier \u00e0 l\u2019avance les t\u00e2ches de maintenance, de d\u00e9finir quand et comment elles doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es, et d\u2019\u00e9viter des interventions d\u2019urgence n\u00e9cessitant d\u2019agir sans informations pr\u00e9alables dans un environnement \u00e0 haute radiation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1572\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">CT Engineering participera au consortium dirig\u00e9 par <strong>Ayesa<\/strong> et compos\u00e9 de <strong>Quantia, Transformaci\u00f3n Digital, Softcrits, Sando, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Grenade, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Malaga et IFMIF-DONES<\/strong>, qui apporte l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires pour relever les d\u00e9fis techniques de ces op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"2140\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">CT Engineering est responsable de la recherche sur les syst\u00e8mes cyber-physiques appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 la maintenance dans des environnements \u00e0 haute radiation. Les travaux se concentrent sur l\u2019\u00e9tude et le d\u00e9veloppement de technologies li\u00e9es \u00e0 la conception d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments robotiques capables d\u2019op\u00e9rer dans ces conditions, \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de jumeaux num\u00e9riques des champs radioactifs et des syst\u00e8mes de maintenance \u00e0 distance, \u00e0 l\u2019interaction entre ces outils et le personnel charg\u00e9 de la supervision, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019analyse des risques de d\u00e9faillance et \u00e0 la maintenance pr\u00e9dictive.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2861\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette ligne de travail inclut le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un jumeau num\u00e9rique d\u2019un bras robotique collaboratif, ou CoBot, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 effectuer des t\u00e2ches de maintenance de base dans des zones \u00e0 forte radiation. Cela permet de virtualiser le robot lui-m\u00eame, l\u2019environnement dans lequel il doit op\u00e9rer et la r\u00e9partition de la radiation, afin de simuler son comportement, d\u2019analyser l\u2019usure des composants critiques et d\u2019anticiper quand des interventions de maintenance ou de remplacement seront n\u00e9cessaires avant que des d\u00e9faillances du syst\u00e8me ne se produisent. Cette technologie est con\u00e7ue comme un composant devant \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le jumeau num\u00e9rique complet de l\u2019installation, qui sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Malaga.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2863\" data-end=\"4262\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019exp\u00e9rience de CT Engineering dans d\u2019autres secteurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 fondamentale pour relever ce d\u00e9fi.
