Le projet vise \u00e0 concevoir et fabriquer un arbre de transmission arri\u00e8re, situ\u00e9 dans la poutre de queue de l\u2019h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re, en fibre de carbone, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, la fiabilit\u00e9 et donc la durabilit\u00e9 des h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res, tout en r\u00e9duisant leur poids et aussi leur empreinte environnementale. Les \u00e9quipes de CT ont travaill\u00e9 sur toutes les phases du projet, de la conception des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de support \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des processus de fabrication, en respectant les normes n\u00e9cessaires pour leur future certification a\u00e9ronautique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe de CT \u00e0 Marseille a dirig\u00e9 la conception des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de support de l\u2019arbre et a r\u00e9ussi avec succ\u00e8s la Critical Design Review (CDR) avec Airbus Helicopters. Parall\u00e8lement, des analyses de risques et des \u00e9tudes d\u2019architecture de ligne de production et d\u2019outillages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour tous les outils n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019industrialisation de l\u2019arbre, garantissant un processus fiable, reproductible et pr\u00eat pour la production en s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depuis Toulouse, CT a particip\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) capable de d\u00e9tecter et localiser d\u2019\u00e9ventuels dommages sur les arbres composites avant qu\u2019ils n\u2019affectent le fonctionnement de l\u2019h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re. Le syst\u00e8me combine des capteurs sp\u00e9cifiques et des algorithmes avanc\u00e9s, incluant un r\u00e9seau de neurones qui cherche \u00e0 identifier les d\u00e9fauts m\u00eame lorsque les vibrations de l\u2019h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des signaux difficiles \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter, ouvrant la voie \u00e0 la d\u00e9tection de d\u00e9faut en condition op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des essais num\u00e9riques et exp\u00e9rimentaux ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour v\u00e9rifier son fonctionnement, et en collaboration avec le Laboratoire Vibrations Acoustique (LVA), le suivi des roulements, autre composant cl\u00e9 de l\u2019arbre, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un projet qui favorise l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le projet RECOMPOSE repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e concr\u00e8te dans le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res plus l\u00e9gers et fiables, contribuant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur impact environnemental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab Ce qui est le plus excitant avec RECOMPOSE, c\u2019est que nous avons enfin un arbre de transmission pr\u00eat pour la production et la certification.
