CT, a leading engineering company in technological innovation, repeats, for the sixth consecutive year, in the ranking “The Best Companies to Work For”, compiled by the Actualidad Económica magazine, a list in which it has been in the top 35 for three years. Since its first edition, CT makes the list as the best engineering services company, a milestone for this 100% Spanish capital company, which has continued to improve its assessment in aspects such as talent retention, work environment, CSR, training, remuneration and compensation, or the employees’ own assessment, among others.

This year, the evaluation highlights CT’s main pillar in talent management: its system based on meritocracy, as well as its commitment to search for and promote internal talent. In a year still marked by the context of the pandemic, the company has opted to promote innovative ideas, through the launch of various sites on the intranet, where employees are able to submit proposals for various R&D or renewable energy projects. To this end, the company has developed a process for submitting proposals and has set up a feasibility analysis committee, while employees have been able to follow the approval status of their idea in real time and participate in its development.

The “Best Companies to Work For” ranking is based on an extensive and meticulous questionnaire supervised by independent HR consultants and experts. The methodology measures variables such as working conditions, work-life balance, professional projection and unwanted turnover, remuneration and social benefits, and investment in training. In addition, this ranking requires several employees from different areas to evaluate the company in aspects such as corporate values, management or working conditions. An evaluation that has positioned CT in the ranking together with large well-known brands in other sectors, such as BBVA, Endesa, Saint-Gobain or Airbus.
