Over the past five years, CT has partnered with Coeur de Forêt, a French NGO dedicated to conserving international forests through sustainable management practices that prioritize human and biodiversity welfare.

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we conduct a Customer Satisfaction survey at the conclusion of each project. We also inform our customers that for every survey returned, we donate 10 euros to Coeur de Forêt. Essentially, our customers’ feedback helps to plant trees. In 2023, we contributed to the planting of 390 trees in Masoala, Madagascar. For the fifth consecutive year, our contribution has grown, fueled by an increase in customer feedback.

Thanks to our efforts and the support of a community of 170 patrons, Coeur de Forêt planted a record-breaking 239,968 trees in 2023, which represents a significant milestone in our joint mission to conserve forests. These saplings will soon grow into thriving forests, creating habitats for diverse species.

Coeur de Forêt’s initiative focuses on combatting the severe deforestation of Madagascar’s eastern coast by restoring a 1,000-hectare forest ecosystem with 2 million trees of endemic species. Moreover, Coeur de Forêt aids local communities, fostering a positive impact on their lives.
