The CT Engineering Group has announced the promotion of Sven Schreiber to Country Manager for Germany. With more than 26 years of international experience in the aerospace industry, Schreiber will now lead the national organization with a clear focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, talent development, and the continued expansion of CT’s footprint within the Airbus ecosystem.
Throughout his career, Schreiber has held senior leadership roles across both OEM and supplier environments. He spent ten years at Airbus, contributing to major development programs such as the A380, before moving into executive positions within the aerospace supplier and engineering services sector, including Head of Engineering, Director Aerospace and Defence Germany, and Site Manager. His background combines deep technical expertise with strong strategic leadership, consistently driving organizational development, strengthening market positioning, and delivering sustainable growth in highly competitive aerospace markets.
Over the past three and a half years, Schreiber played a key role in consolidating and expanding the company’s presence in Germany. As Site Manager, he focused on enhancing operational performance during a particularly challenging post-COVID period for the aerospace industry. Despite external pressures, CT Germany achieved strong, sustainable growth. In 2025, the Hamburg site delivered one of its strongest results in many years, supported by disciplined execution, structured team expansion, and closer alignment with the Group’s overall strategy.
“His leadership, extensive experience in the German domestic market, and ability to drive high value-added projects will be key to accelerating our development in the region. In addition, Schreiber fully shares the values, vision, and corporate culture that distinguish CT and form the foundation of our success,” says Vicente Egea, General Manager of CT.
Sven Schreiber adds: “I am honored to take on the role of Country Manager for Germany at CT. Germany is a key market for CT Engineering Group, particularly in the aerospace and defense sector, and plays an important role in our long-term European growth strategy.
My focus will be on further strengthening our position within the Airbus ecosystem, expanding our activities in this sector, and continuing to develop Germany as a strategic hub for engineering excellence within the Group. At the same time, we will actively drive diversification to broaden our market presence and ensure sustainable, resilient growth.
I am grateful for the trust placed in me and look forward to shaping the next phase of development together with our teams, customers, and partner”.
The appointment reflects CT’s commitment to internal talent development and leadership continuity in key strategic markets, while reinforcing Germany’s role as a cornerstone of the Group’s European growth strategy.
