CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

CT INGENIEROS AERONAUTICOS DE AUTOMOCION E INDUSTRIALES SL is the Controller of the User’s personal data and informs the User that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and consequently provides the User with the following information about the processing:

Purposes and legitimation of the processing: maintain a commercial relationship (for the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and send communications of products or services (with the consent of the interested party, art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Data retention criteria: the data will be kept for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing or if there are legal requirements that require custody of the data. When the data is no longer needed for this, it will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the anonymisation and total destruction of the data.

Communication of the data: the data will not be communicated to third parties, unless required by legal obligation.

The User has the following rights:

• The right to withdraw consent at any time.
• The right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and of limitation or opposition to its processing.
• The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they feel that the processing does not comply with the regulations currently in force.
