For the past four years, CT has been collaborating with Coeur de Forêt, a French association engaged in the preservation of international forests through sustainable management that puts man and biodiversity at the heart of their activity.

As part of our commitment to continuously improve, we perform a Customer Satisfaction survey at the end of each project. We also inform our customers that each survey they give back to us, turns into a donation of 10 euros to the Coeur de Forêt NGO.

Literally, our customers’ feedback contribute to sowing tree seeds. In 2022 we helped plant 388 trees in Masoala, Madagascar. This is 143 more than in 2021, thanks to a substantial increase in the amount of feedback we received from our customers.

Cœur de Forêt’s project aims to protect the eastern coast of Madagascar, threatened by massive deforestation, via restoring a forest ecosystem of 1,000 ha, with 2 million trees of endemic species.

Their campaigns have already helped plant almost 300.000 trees in this area. Cœur de Forêt also supports the local populations, making a positive impact in their lives.
